Fairview Senior Transportation
Rides are available to any Fairview clinic or Ebenezer Adult Day program for adults age 55 plus or to people who are temporarily disabled. Other services may be available through insurance, check with your insurance provider. $5 per round trip (prices subject to change). Services not available to assisted living or care center sites that provide medical service transportation.
