Within this smaller, mid-century building, you'll have opportunity to participate in creative writing classes, water color painting and tending the summer flower gardens on our courtyard patio. Take part in a variety of programs offered here or at other sites on Ebenezer's Minneapolis campus.

You will find studio, one- or two-bedroom floor plans, some of which feature a balcony or patio, and all utilities (except phone, cable television and Internet service) are included. Given the many amenities at Loren on Park, you’ll find the monthly rent is surprisingly affordable.

Ebenezer Loren on Park offers housing with services that make life easier. Residents may chose to pay for the following extra services:
- Underground parking: $50 per month
- Beauty/Barber shop: priced per service
- Grocery delivery service: market rate
- Lunch and supper in our dining room: $6 per meal
- Laundry facilities: coin operated
- Guest room for visiting friends and family: resident and non-resident rates
- Pets welcome with deposit

Located on Ebenezer’s Minneapolis campus, Loren on Park residents have access to our long-term care facility and transitional care network. Ebenezer is a part of Fairview Health Services, whose senior services are readily available to the Minneapolis campus.
