Ebenezer Care Center skilled nursing care
Skilled nursing care is for those who need daily assistance and ongoing medical attention. Physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual and emotional needs are assessed to develop a plan of appropriate care. Residents can choose to have a Fairview affiliated physician and gerontological nurse practitioner provide "house calls" onsite through Fairview Partners. We can help make referrals for physicians, specialists as well as other programs and services. Return to top

Board and care at Ebenezer Care Center
Board and care is the right choice for people who are able to live independently but need some supervision and personal care assistance. Our board and care residents are active inside and outside the residence and come and go as they please. Help is available for daily activities such as money management and scheduling health appointments. Daily contact and support from our staff ensures that they are safe and any health care needs which may arise are met.

Memory care at Ebenezer Care Center
Our memory care unit of 25 private rooms meets the special needs of those in early- to mid-stage dementia. Our staff members on this secure unit are specially trained, ensuring that your loved one receives the special care and attention he or she needs. Residents can participate in daily small group or in one-on-one activities. Whenever possible, memory care residents may participate in Ebenezer Care Center activities, such as religious services, special meals and events.

Ebenezer Care Center has services for deaf and hard of hearing
Ebenezer Care Center has a special unit designed to meet the needs of deaf residents. A full-time American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter is on staff. Several rooms in the care center are wired for video phone, which makes it possible for native English speakers to communicate with someone whose primary language is ASL. A person signing to another via video screen allows translation to spoken English (and back again) that is more accurate than attempting to translate through TTY, which also is available.
