Ebenezer is breaking ground on its latest senior housing development – York Gardens. This new development will become a key part of an already nationally recognized campus, 7500 York Cooperative in Edina, MN. The addition of York Gardens will greatly broaden the senior living options offered on the York Campus. York Gardens will be the first assisted living community in this region connected to a senior cooperative.

A lovely indoor walkway connecting the new assisted living building to 7500 York will create an innovative community; one more addition to Ebenezer’s progressive history. The 76-unit York Gardens will have:

• 47 assisted living apartments,
• 15 memory care apartments, and
• 14 care suites.

Help Is There When You Need It
A range of Assisted Living apartments with a variety of health and personal care services will be available, including housekeeping, meals, and medication management. Floor plans are designed for comfort and convenience.

Care Suites will offer private apartments with state-of-the-art support services for those who have more complex care requirements. A variety of rehabilitative therapies will help ease the transition to daily life after illness or surgery. Staff will be on-site 24 hours a day.

The private apartments in Memory Care at York Gardens will be secure and specially designed for those with mild to moderate memory loss. Every detail of the area, from the calming colors, to the furniture and accessories, are designed to provide comfort, peace and a sense of familiarity. You may find residents baking fresh bread in the activity kitchen, picking fresh vegetables in the garden or enjoying painting & other Life Long Learning programs.

Healthsense® technology throughout the building adds an extra dimension to quality of life. This Wi-fi based service provides data to sense health and safety issues and resolve them before they escalate.
