We can also assist with your medications, help make medical appointments and arrange transportation for you. Additionally, we offer you the option of having a Fairview affiliated physician and gerontological nurse practitioner care for you onsite through our Fairview Partners program.

Arbors at Ridges is part of Fairview Health Services and both Fairview Ridges Clinic and Fairview Ridges Hospital are just across the street. We can make referrals for physicians, specialists and additional programs and services.
