The Arbors is linked by an enclosed walkway to both Ebenezer Ridge Point Apartments, an independent senior housing facility; Ebenezer Ridges Care Center, offering skilled nursing and transitional care services; and an intergenerational day program for both older adults and children in the community.

At Arbors at Ridges nearly everything you need is a few steps from your front door. You can walk down to the gift shop for a greeting card, stop by the coffee shop to catch up on the neighborhood news, visit the chapel or pop into the beauty parlor. Your life can be as relaxed or as active as you want it at the Arbors.

If you’d like to get out more, Arbors is also conveniently located near Burnsville Center and other great shopping centers and restaurants.

• 2 Bedroom – 845 sq. ft

Need a Doctor?

Your health is also a priority at the Arbors. We have a registered nurse on staff to monitor your health and work closely with you to customize our services to best meet your health needs. We can also assist with your medications, help make medical appointments and arrange transportation for you. Additionally, we offer you the option of having a Fairview affiliated physician and gerontological nurse practitioner care for you onsite through our Fairview Partners program.

Arbors at Ridges is part of Fairview Health Services and both Fairview Ridges Clinic and Fairview Ridges Hospital are just across the street. We can make referrals for physicians, specialists and additional programs and services.
