Welcome to Loren on Park, an independent living community for people 55 and older, with a rich history of supporting continuing education and the arts. Located in the heart of the Historic Phillips neighborhood in revitalized Midtown Minneapolis, Loren on Park offers exciting living opportunities for people who appreciate city living. 

Dynamic and Affordable Living

At Loren on Park you can enjoy affordable, independent living conveniently located near medical services and public transportation, and close to many restaurants, museums, shops and great cultural opportunities that Midtown Minneapolis is famous for. Our floor plans feature studio apartments and one- and two-bedroom styles. Some apartments have a balcony or patio. And all utilities (except phone and cable television) are included.

Loren on Park is both owned and managed by Ebenezer, part of Fairview Health Services. Since 1917, Ebenezer has been a trusted name in Minnesota for quality senior housing and programs. Located on Ebenezer’s Minneapolis campus, Loren on Park residents have access to our long-term care facility and transitional care network. So help is just around the corner, if it’s needed.

 
Directions

FROM THE SOUTH: Go north on 35W, exit on the 31st and Lake Street exit, just before downtown. Turn right on Lake Street to Park Avenue. Turn left on Park Avenue to Loren on Park.

FROM THE NORTH: Go south on 35W, exit at the 35th and 36th Street exit, just south of downtown. Turn left on 36th Street (one way) to Park Avenue. Turn left to Loren on Park.

Parking is available at Loren on Park. There are some parking areas in front of our building as well as on-street parking.

An Active Community

There is a little something for everyone at Loren on Park. You can take part in a variety of educational and leisure programs offered either at our building or on Ebenezer’s Minneapolis campus.

Every month residents enjoy movies, educational lectures and programs, outings for shopping or entertainment, coffee socials, and spiritual programs. Our active Resident Council sponsors many of these activities. And, there are many opportunities for residents to volunteer within our community or at other Ebenezer facilities.

Another popular activity is the Garden Club, part of Ebenezer’s award-winning horticultural therapy program. Club members meet twice a month with a horticultural therapist and participate in many activities including:

• Creating seasonal floral arrangements
• Growing and tending houseplants
• Garden- and nature-related outings
• Tending the summer flower gardens on our courtyard patio
