Directions

FROM THE SOUTH: Go north on 35W, exit on the 31st and Lake Street exit, just before downtown. Turn right on Lake Street to Park Avenue. Turn left on Park Avenue to Loren on Park.

FROM THE NORTH: Go south on 35W, exit at the 35th and 36th Street exit, just south of downtown. Turn left on 36th Street (one way) to Park Avenue. Turn left to Loren on Park.

Parking
Parking is available at Loren on Park. There are some parking areas in front of our building as well as on-street parking.

Something for Everyone

At Loren on Park you can take part in a variety of educational and leisure programs offered either at our building or on Ebenezer’s Minneapolis campus.

Every month residents enjoy movies, educational lectures and programs, outings for shopping or entertainment, coffee socials, and spiritual programs. Our active Resident Council sponsors many of these activities. And, there are many opportunities for residents to volunteer within our community or at other Ebenezer facilities.

Another popular activity is the Garden Club, part of Ebenezer’s award-winning horticultural therapy program. Club members meet twice a month with a horticultural therapist and participate in many activities including:

• Creating seasonal floral arrangements
• Growing and tending houseplants
• Garden- and nature-related outings
• Tending the summer flower gardens on our courtyard patio

Given the many amenities at Loren on Park, you’ll find the monthly rent is surprisingly affordable and includes all utilities except telephone and cable television. Subject to change, rates on Jan. 1, 2010 are:
