Duties include assisting our resident members with scheduling our van rides, reserve guest rooms, and a multitude of other questions. You would be answering a 3-line phone and directing visitors and callers to appropriate individuals. Qualifications: 2 years post high school education; minimum 5 years as front desk receptionist with face to face customer service or administrative/office experience. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer focus skills. Ability to be very organized and help everyone you see have a better day. Computer skills: Proficient in MS Word and Outlook on a PC. Any other applications would be an added plus but not required.
