Ebenezer DayBreak is open five days a week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., We are closed on most major holidays.
We accept:

- Elderly Waiver
- Veterans Administration
- Private pay payments
- Alternative care grant
Shower (1/2 hour) – $20
